Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Discrepancies window (72 hours): In the event that any discrepancies arise with the received order or products sent, customers are required to report such occurrences within 72 hours of receiving the products (from the delivery time to the designated address).
Returns & Hygiene Note
We do not accept returns or exchanges for electronics, makeup, beauty, or hygiene products due to hygienic reasons. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support within 72 hours of delivery for assistance.

Beyond 72 Hours: After the 72-hour reporting window has elapsed, we will not be held responsible for any disputes or discrepancies related to the order. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any concerns within this timeframe.
Promotions & Offers
Product types that fall under “bundles” are excluded from any promotions and offers, and all bundle & offers sales are final (no returns or exchanges).
Giveaway Policy
If the customer selected as a winner of a giveaway is not reachable within 72 hours after the announcement of the giveaway results, the prize will be considered unclaimed and forfeited, and the giveaway will be automatically canceled. Participants must ensure their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
